At Dockers, we take quality seriously.
We hope you love your Dockers product, but if not, we accept returns within 60 days of the date of purchase. We guarantee our merchandise looks great and is free of manufacturing defects. If your garment is defective in any way after 60 days of normal wear (stains don't count), we're happy to provide a refund or exchange.

Your Return Options
Your shipping options include:
- Option 1: Prepaid Return Shipping Label–$7.50 deducted from refund
- Option 2: Standard Return Shipping via Postal Carrier

OPTION 1: PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL–$7.50
All Dockers.com orders include a packing slip with a prepaid, pre-addressed return label. To complete your return using the prepaid label, simply attach the prepaid label to your package, seal securely, and drop your package at the nearest USPS or UPS. Make sure to remove all extra or previous labels from the package.

You can track your return status through My Account. Credit will be issued to the original purchaser with 30 days of receiving the return, minus the $7.50 prepaid return fee.
OPTION 2: STANDARD RETURN SHIPPING
If you'd rather not use the prepaid shipping label included with your order, you may ship your return yourself using a carrier of your choice (we recommend UPS or Insured Parcel Post). You are responsible for shipping costs. Mail your prepaid package to this address (unless your packing slip says otherwise):

Packing Your Return
- Remove all extra labels and pack your Dockers items securely.
- Make sure to include the original packaging, if available, as well as your return questionnaire (it's on your packing slip). Please note that all products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
- Drop it off at the carrier of your choice and let us handle the rest.
CREDITS & REFUNDS
- To receive credit, items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, within 30 days of receiving your return.
- Credit for gifts or items without a receipt will be credited to the original purchaser/original form of payment or issued a store credit.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS
- Items purchased at a Dockers Retail Store, Dockers Outlet Store, or other retail stores selling Dockers products cannot be returned by mail to Dockers.com.
- Items purchased at Dockers.com may not be returned to a department store or other Dockers vendors. Returns may only be made to the Dockers.com online store.
- Items purchased using PayPal™ can be mailed to the Dockers.com online store.
- Shipping and handling and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- Items discounted more than 50% off the original price are final sale and cannot be returned.
