DOCKERS SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (“OFFICIAL RULES”).
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. SPONSOR: This Dockers Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Centric Fashion LLC (“Sponsor”), in promotion of the ‘DOCKERS’ brand owned by ABG-Dockers, LLC, c/o Authentic Brands Group, LLC, 1411 Broadway 21st Floor, New York, NY 10018 (“Brand Owner”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: This giveaway or sweepstakes, as applicable (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry, and have a valid email address. Void where prohibited by law. Employees (and their immediate family or household members) of Sponsor, Brand Owner, EventLink, LLC (“EventLink”) and each of their current and future parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and related companies, licensees, suppliers, printers and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible. “Immediate family members” means: parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” means: people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, codes, statutes and regulations. Participation constitutes each entrant’s (each, an “Entrant”) full, unconditional and irrevocable agreement to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. Winning the Grand Prize (as hereinafter defined) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 7:30 a.m., Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) on October 11, 2026, and ends one hour following the end of the game occurring between the Los Angeles Chargers and Denver Broncos on such date, or such earlier time as may be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Sweepstakes Term”).
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrant must sign up at the ‘Dockers Khakis & Kickoff Tailgate’ activation taking place at SoFi Stadium Parking Lot I, 1001 S Stadium Drive, Inglewood, CA 90301 during the Sweepstakes Term by providing a valid email address to Sponsor (the “Entry”). Each Entrant is only permitted to submit one (1) Entry. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. In order to be eligible for the Grand Prize, your Entry must comply with all terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes and must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Term. By participating, you are indicating that you have read, understand and fully agree to these Official Rules. Entry may be submitted at https://us.dockers.com/pages/jim-harbaugh-sweepstakes or such other URL as Sponsor may provide (including, without limitation, via QR code) at the ‘Dockers Khakis & Kickoff Tailgate’ activation. By entering the Sweepstakes, you consent to receive marketing emails from Sponsor in connection with the ‘DOCKERS’ brand.
5. GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) prize winner of the Sweepstakes. The winner will receive one (1) framed pair of DOCKERS pants that is signed by Jim Harbaugh (approximate value: $1,500 USD) (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize will be delivered only to an address in the United States. The Grand Prize is awarded ‘as is’, without any express or implied warranty of any kind and is non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution of the Grand Prize will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s) of comparable value, in whole or in part, for any reason. THE WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING AND PAYING ANY AND ALL INCOME, SALES OR EXCISE TAXES THAT MAY APPLY TO ACCEPTING PRIZES; NEITHER SPONSOR, NOR AMDMINISTRATORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR AND WILL NOT PAY ANY SUCH TAXES.
6. ODDS AND SELECTION OF WINNER: One (1) winner will be determined by random selection conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Term, anticipated to be between October 11, 2026 and October 14, 2026. All results of the selection are final and binding, subject to these Official Rules. In the event that the winning entry is discovered to be invalid for any reason whatsoever, or the potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules and any subsequent claim instructions provided by Sponsor or Brand Owner, the Grand Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
7. NOTICE TO WINNER: Attempts to notify the potential winner of the Grand Prize will be made by Sponsor using the email address provided at entry. Neither Sponsor, nor Brand Owner are responsible for e-mail or other communication problems of any kind. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential Grand Prize winner does not respond within fifteen (15) days of the first notification attempt (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the Grand Prize or Grand Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit the Grand Prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER: THE POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. The potential Grand Prize winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The potential Grand Prize winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a publicity release (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). If a potential winner is less than the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction of primary residence, a "minor," at Sponsor's option, the Grand Prize either will be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian of winner, or the parent or legal guardian of winner will be required to ratify and sign the Prize Claim Documents. If any potential winner (or such winner's parent or legal guardian) fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within fifteen (15) days of prize notification (or such shorter time as exigencies may require), or if the potential winner is disqualified for any other reason, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries. An alternate Grand Prize winner(s) will be a selection made by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Grand Prize will be shipped by Brand Owner to an address provided by the winner to the Sponsor. Entrant consents to Sponsor sharing any personal information with Brand Owner that is reasonably necessary for the shipment of the Grand Prize in the event that Entrant is the winner thereof.
9. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Brand Owner which are binding and final in any and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless each of Sponsor Brand Owner, Centric Brands LLC, EventLink, Chargers Football Company, LLC, Blue and Gold Tenant LLC, EUTM, LLC, Jim Harbaugh, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the Grand Prize supplier(s) and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past, present and future officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, representatives and licensees (individually and collectively, the “Released Party(ies)”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, losses, damages and liability, including but not limited to negligence, damages of any kind to persons, animals and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damages, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to (i) a participant’s Entry, creation of an Entry or submission of an Entry, (ii) participation in the Sweepstakes, (iii) acceptance or use or misuse of the Grand Prize, (iv) the promotion, exploitation or use of the Entry, (v) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omissions on the part of any Released Parties, and/or (vi) any other cause condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any of the Released Parties; (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, losses, damages and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize; and (d) consent as required by applicable law to Sponsor’s use of information collected for purposes of operating the Sweepstakes and for statistical purposes. By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees to the following Statement:
I expressly understand that Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California provides substantially as follows: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” The provisions of this Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state, territory, or other jurisdiction are hereby expressly waived.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes if too few Entries are received. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any Entrant acting in violation of these Official Rules or found tampering with the Entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or any other promotion or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor and Brand Owner each hereby expressly reserves the right to seek damages from any person engaging in such activities to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, a winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received at the time of termination.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant(s), printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons, animals, or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or misuse of any Grand Prize. If for any reason an Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of Grand Prize(s) will be awarded.
12. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s consent to each Sponsor’s, Brand Owner’s and Brand Owner’s licensees’ and other designees’ use of Entrant’s name, images, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, opinions and/or hometown and other indicia of their persona for advertising, publicity, trade and/or promotional purposes in any and all forms of media, worldwide, without notice, review, approval, or further payment or consideration (the “Publicity Consent”). All Entrants acknowledge that the opportunity to participate in the Sweepstakes and compete for the Grand Prize constitutes adequate consideration for the Publicity Consent herein.
13. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes (including the Grand Prize) awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes (including the Grand Prize) awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court for the Central District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in Los Angeles County, California; (c) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (d) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant, Sponsor and Brand Owner in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
14. 15. ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Sponsor may collect non-public personally identifiable information in connection with the operation of the Sweepstakes and collection of Entries. Personal information collected from Entrants will be used in accordance with the online privacy policy available at https://us.dockers.com/policies/privacy-policy. California residents: For information about the categories of personal information collected, the purposes for which it is used, and your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199.100), including the right to request deletion of your personal information, please visit the foregoing url.
16. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Los Angeles Chargers football team, Chargers Football Company, LLC, Blue and Gold Tenant LLC, or the National Football League (“NFL”). NFL and the NFL shield design are registered trademarks of the National Football League. All other NFL-related trademarks are trademarks of the National Football League. Any and all questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed only to Sponsor.
