Shipping and Handling Information

Due to health safety measures we’ve put in place to protect our employees, orders may be subject to shipping delays. We’re grateful for your patience.

We ship orders to any U.S. or APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship internationally or to U.S. territories from our U.S. site. You can still shop online by locating your country-specific Dockers® site HERE. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a post office box may require additional time for processing and delivery, can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Ground delivery and cannot be expedited.


    Shipping Cost

    *Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.

    Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require additional time for delivery. Orders shipping to an APO/FPO military address or a post office box may only be shipped via Ground and cannot be expedited. Customization orders may require 3-5 additional business days to process and are not returnable.


    International Shipping

    U.S. orders cannot be shipped internationally, but Dockers® offers online shopping options in several countries worldwide. Please visit or click the flag at the top right of to change countries. Please note that not all countries on the page have shopping options but may have sites containing information about Dockers® products. U.S. orders can be shipped to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. Dockers® doesn’t currently ship to U.S. territories, international re-shippers, or businesses that forward packages to international addresses. Purchases on the U.S. site can be made with a U.S. affiliated credit or debit cards of any billing address, as long as the order ships to a valid U.S. address. We have the right to cancel orders which are in violation of this policy.


    Multiple Shipments

    We want you to get your items ASAP so we may send your items in multiple shipments. If your order is sent in multiple packages, your card will be charged per package as each package ships. Your order total will stay the same.


    Shipping Address Change

    If you placed an order after September 14th: you are not able to change the shipping address on your order. 

    Please customer service immediately at1.800.362.5377for help with cancelling your order and placing a new one.

    If you placed an order before September 15th, you can change your delivery address by doing the following:

    To change the delivery address to a FedEx location, either call us at 1.800.362.5377 or locate your Order Shipment email, then click on the 'Track' link. If the shipment is still in transit, you will see an option to change delivery to a FedEx location. Click on the ‘Pick Up at a FedEx Location’ button. Enter the current shipping address, choose a location, then click ‘DONE’. When your package is delivered, you’ll have 5 business days to pick it up. Be sure to bring your ID and tracking number.
