Returns Policy

We hope you love your new Dockers® purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn and unwashed item within 60 days of purchase.

Additional Return Details

  • $7.50 processing fee for mailed returns.

  • Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned items. It may take up to 10 business days to post the refund.

  • All refunds made in the original form of payment. 

  • Shipping and handling fees, gift wrap charges and donations are non-refundable.

  • International customers who purchased from US online are responsible for all shipping costs to return.



Returns by Mail
Items purchased on can be returned by mail. Review the return policy details here. Once you've found the appropriate portal, enter your order number and email address, select the item for return, then choose one of these two easy return options:

  1. Print a return label. If you have a printer, print a prepaid shipping label and packing slip. Place the packing slip inside the package and attach the shipping label to the outside. Drop the package at a FedEx or a participating Walgreens.
  2. Go printer-less (orders before September 15th). If don’t have a printer handy, get a mobile return code for your package. Take the code to a FedEx store or a participating Walgreens and they will print the label for you. 

You will receive an email when your return is processed. Using the mobile return code or the prepaid label deducts $7.50 from your refund.

*Returns via Nordstrom are currently available only in the greater Los Angeles area.


We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, we recommend returning your original item and then repurchasing it online in the new size.
