This is an attractive shoe and quite comfortable. . . for the 6 weeks the heels last. I bought these from a local Belk store in late October and was initially pleased. By mid-December, the outboard side of the left heel had ruptured causing my foot to land tilted to the left. Fine, I decided to see just how much they would take. I wear dress casual shoes maybe 4 days per week to work in. Technically, that's a walk from my car to my office and back again each day. About three times a month there is the obligatory stroll through a grocery store. Otherwise, I wear tennis shoes or work boots. Fast forward three months. The right shoe has held up nicely. The left shoe heel is gapped open about half an inch exposing the ridiculous air pockets it contains. The heel is also separating from the upper. I'm not sure what makes a shoe maker think that an air pocket is the way to go with a shoe which is worn on the appendage that arguably takes the worst abuse of any part of the human body. Years ago, Dockers had foam cushioning in the heels and the durability was much better. Just make a shoe that works and doesn't have to be replaced every couple of months.

Rustic, good looking exterior, easy polish shine. However! there is no arch support. Who would want to stand/ walk/ work in this poorly supported shoe is crazy. There is no comfort, there is no arch support in this shoe. It is very miserable to stand in-- through the first hour of wearing it. Why are the shoe makers building 'pieces of crap' like this shoe. Don't buy this based upon looks!
