Cracked first trip

Lasted one trip and cracked by wheel. Shame cause set has solid wheels and handle otherwise.

Cracked after first trip

I bought two luggages and after one trip both cracked . Called customer service, nobody picks up the phone - leave the message then nobody call you back . Won’t recommend this products
