I'm 6' 2" and and 185-190. I bought a size large. I'm a pretty fit guy with broad shoulders. Then I bought all of the colors and wear them constantly. They are just thick enough to look like a 'nice' t-shirt instead of just a t shirt. I have a 34" waste. I really like the fit of these.

Perfect Fit

I bought a few of these for my hubby as a work shirt, and it's very flattering. He's athletic build and it fits just right around the biceps and isn't too long. It accents all the right spots and the slim fit means it doesn't look baggy.
Plus, the material is super soft and feels like it's a sturdy construction! So good he went back and bought some white ones too.
