My husband loves these pants. They fit nicely for a guy who has narrow hips and thin legs as "regular" fit items typically seem too baggy. The sizing (waist and length) is correct. They are a nice, substantial fabric and washed up well without any wrinkles. He looks good in them and he says they are very comfortable. Overall we are both very pleased with this purchase.

Far different cut than the last version

I have been purchasing this style of Dockers for years. The cut was flattering in the way it narrowed around my ankle and I love that it felt generous throughout the pant without too much extra fabric. In other words, it fit me perfectly. The new cut is a complete departure from the previous version. I recently bought three pairs: all the same. I agree with another reviewer who bemoaned the change. The pant has been enlarged throughout. The ankle opening is measurably larger. Sure, tough for me but better for some other Joe. However, it does seem a shame that the pant's essential DNA changed. Perhaps we're in a moment where pants are becoming more generous than they have been over the last decade or so, but this has been the perfect pant to slot above the skinny fit style. With the changes made to this style, I'm off to hunt for another brand after years of wearing Dockers.

To my surprise, once the first pair arrived I found they were apparently work slacks, very thick and extremely hot. The second pair were not work but the material was still different than std. Dockers I’m used to wearing. Online it’s not clear which is witch. Again the second pair were thick and hot. I ordered slim on both but the second pair was skinny labeled as slim. The style was totally different. Waaay to skinny for this older gentleman. I’d hate to see what skinny might be like?? Since I seldom find a retail outlet with slim in a variety of color and sizes, 32x29 I thought I’d try the Internet. Although there was a huge selection, there were so many I didn’t know which were the basic material and slim style I was used to. Apparently Docker has changed its product and it is not clear what is what. If still available, they should say “original” or something to ID how they look and have a consistent size metric. Different colors come from different parts of the world and each have a different fit. Previously, I had ordered 2 additional pair, different colors but same size. Both were totally different, one was waaaay too tight. Perhaps another cost cutting measure in todays times?

I ordered these khakis on a really good sale. I didn't expect high quality because of the low price after the coupon. I was really surprised at their fit and quality. It's hard for me to find pants that are not too wide in the waist or too long. These pants are a perfect fit. Perhaps the best fit without paying for alterations. But these pants fit perfectly as received. They are slim 30/29 with a slight taper in the legs and some flex in the material. The color is accurate as advertised. I love these pants. Dress them up or down- they look great wearing them as dressed up, such as going to church or down as wearing casually. Next time they're on sale I'll buy some more. Great pants, great buy.

Once you know your size, these khakis direct from Dockers will save you lots of time and energy searching for a similar product in stores. After hundreds of washes my collection is still serviceable in all but the most formal of situations.

Had to return them, these are a SUPER slim fit cut and there is absolutely not an ly “stretch” to them. I have several other brands’ “slim fit” pants in the same size that fit as expected, so not sure what the deal is with Dockers. Just make sure you don’t buy online without trying these on.
