Bad experience with online ordering

First time making an online order. Bad experience. Pants came with a small tear in the fabric behind the pocket. In addition a woman’s exercise suit and a small backpack (not Dockers products) was mistakenly packed into the FedEx delivery bag. Fortunately I was not charged for them. At first I was comforted by the service rep who said I didn’t need to go through the hassle of sending back the damaged pants and she would send me a replacement, this time by 2 day express. However it took seven days to arrive and by that time I had already left on a trip, which is the reason I ordered new pants in the first place.

Great pants! But the way the pocket tags are attached is a disaster waiting to happen. I have tried to carefully take them off on my previous pairs and have small holes in the rear pockets in each of the two
