I’m an elementary teacher and I bought two pairs of these jeans on sale for work. I like the jeans themselves but they have a flaw that makes them unwearable. I paid $20 a pair for these which is great but I also have to pay now to get a seamstress to repair the jeans to make them wearable: the buttons above the fly are not really sewn on very well at all. In fact I’m not convinced they were ever sewn on. They may have been loosely attached for aesthetics the way spare buttons used to be attached to sleeves. I wore one pair twice and the second pair, I didn’t even get out the door wearing the first time before the buttons just fell off suddenly. The jeans were not too small. In fact, if anything, they were about one size too large. I discovered one button had fallen off in the dryer after I’d washed one pair of jeans. The other button fell off while I was standing in front of the white board, teaching. I felt something hit my toe and I looked down and saw my jeans sagging open. I finished the day with my jeans safety pinned. Pretty embarrassing, and not an experience worth the nice sale price. I didn’t realize I was signing up to make my own jeans when I bought these. I let the rest of the teachers know the jeans I was wearing that were being held up with the safety pin were dockers. Like I said the denim seemed nice, but if they can’t even sew a button over the fly, I can’t imagine these being as hardy long term as their marketing. I really think if I fix the button these are just going to continue to fall apart. The zipper in particular feels like it’s going to split, even when it is zipped and unzipped on a hanger (not on me). Why are they cheaping out and putting this shoddy hardware on this decent denim? I can’t recommend, and I won’t be buying myself again either.

I just bought these in size 30, along with 2 pair of Dockers original khakis and a skirt. The khakis and skirt fit perfectly, the jeans feel and look at least 2 sizes larger. The denim is quite heavy weight and they might shrink, but I'm not going to risk it. They are going back

I have an old pair of docker khaki's from when they sold "curvy". I generally prefer a slim or straight leg and was hoping that relaxed fit would give me more room in the hips and thighs, but I did not like how wide the leg's were all the way down. I'm short, so it was not a flattering look.

These jeans are adorable! They are a wide leg style, and while relaxed, maintain a hug to the body and create a sleek silhouette. The wide leg isn’t over done, and affords versatility for being paired with wedges, heels, or boots. The denim has minimal give without being overly stretchy or stiff. Loving the recycled material, and the dark wash can be dressed up for business casual days.
