When it said CLOG, I expected a lower back so I could just slip my foot in. That's not how these are made. Although these are comfortable, I am somewhat disappointed in my purchase.

Purchased for a Christmas present, so only worn occasionally since 12/25/2023; noticed 01/27/2024 that there is about a 1-1/2" gap/rip? between the upper & sole on the inside edge of the left slipper.

I purchased these slippers for my husband so he would have something to wear when he goes to camp. I chose these because I liked the color & style. I think it is a reputable brand. When he tried them on he was very pleased with the fit, material and comfort level.

These run small. I wear a size 9 shoe and ordered a size 10 in these slippers. And I couldn't come close to getting my foot inside them.

I bought these from a dept store for my husband for Christmas. he likes them, but has only worn them a few times and there is already a tear on the side of the slipper. It's too late to return them to the store. If I can find proof of purchase may we get a replacement? As much as these things cost they should wear better.

10s I received were very tight, unlike like my brother-in-law's 10s which fit my feet perfectly. Have you shrunk your footwear sizes; or, was their size mis-labeled due to bad quality control? Next time I'm in Penneys (two hours distant), I'll buy a pair that fits.
Now for the good news: Perfect design for my situation; My b-n-l's shoes felt comfortable; Return and refund went smoothly (except that my nearest FedEx is 2 hours distant, so I had to pay USPS); and I assume good quality.

These are really nice slippers. Much lower price than uggs, but quality is just as good. I like the lining, not to put too fine a line on it but they don't get stinky! There, I said it.
