Uncomfortable

The heel lift is too much and puts pressure on my heel and also my knees from the awkward stance. It makes wearing these all day a real pain. :( I like the look and quality if that helps but did not realize the comfort issue until I wore them all day.

Not Close to Mahogany in color.

Ordered these "Mahogany" version since I already have a black pair and enjoy the comfort of the shoe. However, the color shown on the website is of a reddish brown, Mahogany. But the shoes are actually a very bland light to medium brown color and nothing like the images shown on this website. Unfortunately, I will be charged $7.50 to return these misrepresented shoes. Overall a poor guest experience on my first Dockers order. Not sure I would order another item online after this experience.
